I have always been an animal lover - from the age of 16, I was working in show kennels and rescue homes grooming cats and dogs to look their finest, and knew I wanted to build a career from the hobby I love so much. After working in several grooming salons, I have seen first hand how some pets, young and old, are easily frightened by cramped surroundings, noisy environments and being kept in the salon for hours at a time away from their family, meaning many owners would avoid the experience all together!

 

I knew it could be different, which is why I decided to start my own Cat and Dog grooming service, which fulfils the needs of you, as owners, but also keeps your pets as happy and comfortable as possible!

 

These the goals and standards I have kept, to ensure the very best possible experience...

 

One-to-One treatments - all cats and dogs I look after are given my undivided care and attention during their grooming session. Having individual appointments only, creates a relaxed and peaceful environment, especially for nervous or elderly pets, where their treatment can be tailored to them and they really feel like they're being pampered!

 

Stringent hygiene procedures - the studio is thoroughly swept and cleaned between each appointment to prevent the spread of fleas between pets, I also deep clean the studio once a month using the highest quality flea treatment as a further preventative.

 

Ergonomic studio - my studio is well designed for me to be able to reach all the things I need without having to take an eye off your pet, they will be supervised 100% of the time while in the studio for health and safety reasons and to make sure no accidents happen!

 

Customer visits - new customers are always welcome to come and visit the studio with your cat or dog, to get them used to the surroundings and talk through how I can get your furry friend looking their best!

 

Highly qualified - I have been grooming dogs for many years and I am registered with the the British Dog Groomer's Association (a dividison of the Pet Industry

Federation), as well as belonging to I Groom Dogs -

the national groomers register where all members are

professionals and strictly adhere to the Code of Best

Practice. I hold an Ncfe level 3 dog grooming diploma and a 1st aid & bandaging for companion animals certificate.  Find the links to their websites at the bottom

Flexible working hours - Opening hours are Mon, Wed, Fri & Sat 9am-3pm, Sun 10am- 3pm  Early/late appts available only by prior arrangement
